No, branding and logo design are not included. You should provide your own logo and branding guidelines (if any). In case you’d like to add a logo design or redesign to the package, just let us know!

Of course! We offer free revisions until you are satisfied, which means you can ask for as many changes as you’d like before we deliver the final website to you.

Yes! We are here not only to design and launch your website, but also to provide consultation and to help you reach your brand vision.

You don’t need to have a domain. We help you find the right one and we register it for you. In case you already have a domain you’d like to use, we will point your new website to your existing domain – no problem!

It’s up to you! You can choose to manage your own hosting or you can let us manage it for you. In the first case, during the website handover, we will also send you your hosting credentials. In the second case, we will take care of the hosting for you, at no additional operational costs.

A year of BASIC support is included with the delivery of your new website. It means that you have technical support and premium plugins updates for a year after the website handover. Note that this does not include re-design services.

Our websites are all powered by WordPress and Elementor Pro. We work on WordPress because 25% of the world’s websites run on it & because it’s 99% SEO friendly (Acc. to Google), secure, fast and user-friendly. Elementor Pro is a WordPress plugin that we use to style your website.

This is your website, so you’ll be able to edit it as you please. We’ll set your website up with Elementor, a powerful tool which will allow you to easily and independently redesign visuals on your website. You’ll be able to change images, copy and the structure of your website like a pro – and if you ever get stuck, we offer live technical support.

You can contact us and we’ll get back to you immediately to check the problem. If the issue has to do with our original configuration of the website, we’ll take care of it right away.

We do not write copy for your website. We design graphic assets and provide stock images.

There’s no cost upfront. You’ll pay 50% when we’re finished with the first prototype of the homepage, and the other 50% only once we deliver the final website to you.
